Clinica Pecos is a 3-story 35,000/sf facility. In 2006, Faurot Construction won a competitive bid to completely renovate the top 2 floors and about 5,000/sf of the first floor. We completed the project in 3 phases to accommodate the clinic’s ongoing operations. In 2010 Faurot
construction again won in a competitive bid, the opportunity to complete the remaining first floor. This phase included a 7-chair dental facility.
