Faurot Construction has a long relationship with Clinica Family Health Services. Over the past twelve years, we have built over 200,000 SF of medical space, both new construction and tenant finish. Clinica’s most recent project, Clinic in Thornton, was the largest and most challenging project date. Being a non-profit clinic, fiscal responsibility was a top priority. We worked closely with the architect from the beginning of the design process to ensure the final plan could be built within the budget while retaining the features of a first rate health care facility.
