A unique facility, this 14,300 s.f. psychiatric hospital was created specifically to offer inpatient medical, psychiatric, and nutritional care to children and adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18. The facility is a renovation outfitted with a community room, cafe, spa-style bathroom, classroom, therapy offices, and several lounge areas.

Faurot Construction was hired on a recommendation from Boulder Associates Architects. Because of our proven ability to deliver projects on tight schedules with high quality craftsmanship, Boulder Associates felt confident in our ability to successfully deliver this project. Dust and noise sensitive tenants occupied the floor below our project, and this added to our challenge of completing the facility in twelve weeks. After hours and weekend work was anticipated, and the project was completed on budget. Faurot Construction received an “early completion” bonus.
