Clinica has a long relationship with Faurot Construction. Over the past twelve years, we have successfully built over 150,000 square feet of medical space, both new construction and tenant finish. The People’s Clinic in Boulder is their flagship clinic. Being a non-profit organization, fiscal responsibility was a top priority. Working closely with the architect from the beginning of the design process ensured the final plan could be built within the budget, while retaining the features of a first-rate health care facility. Nothing was sacrificed as a result of budgetary limitations and the final contract amount, including all client driven changes, exceeded the original contract by only 1.25% — well within the allotted budget.
