PARKWAY FOOD HALL

Conversion

Longmont, Colorado

Faurot Construction was engaged by Actis, LLC, the owner of the Parkway Promenade retail shopping center in Longmont, to partner with their design team, Meridian 105 Architecture, and assist with the preconstruction and planning for the conversion of a vacant grocery store. The vision was to gut the existing grocery store and convert the space into a food hall consisting of 8 separate kitchen concepts along with an event space, outdoor patio, full-service bar, an arcade and 2 demised future retail spaces. Faurot was tasked with tracking and managing the budget throughout the preconstruction and design process which led to the eventual buildout of the concept. A beautiful location to visit with the family, grab lunch, plan a dinner date, or happy hour with friends and coworkers!
