Faurot Construction was introduced to PetVet Care Centers, a national network of veterinary hospitals, through a local property management company in Longmont. The PetVet vision was to open the only 24/7/365 emergency pet clinic in Longmont since the city lacked this service for many years. As designed by Altus Architectural Studios, we were able to consolidate 4 separate tenant suites and combine them into one large 5,700 SF emergency pet clinic consisting of exam rooms, operating rooms, imaging rooms, and surgery suites. Since the project ended, we have continued working with PetVet Care Centers on a variety of projects, helping them bring veterinary properties up to their internal and local jurisdictional standards.
