This project included a complete interior remodel of an early 1900’s home during the fall of 2020 that tasked our team with significant structural repairs, which was crucial step in this remodeling process. In the upper floor of this home, we built a vaulted celling with custom steel structural turnbuckles. Additionally, we created a primary suite on the first floor which included a glass shower, custom doors, and woodwork. A guest room was also added on the upper floor with an on-suite bathroom. One of our favorite parts of this project was the beautiful custom kitchen that completes this historic home on the Hill in Boulder, CO.
