In May of 2021 we began the full demolition of the existing structure at the Lyon/Stanley Residence. We worked with the client to create a beautiful new addition to the home and remodel this contemporary downtown Boulder estate. The first-floor construction included the primary suite, flex space, custom kitchen, dining area, and living space. With hopes to bring more natural light and outdoor space into the basement, the lower-level construction included the living room, bedrooms, and the outdoor areaway spaces.
