Trapp Associates approached us to develop a new restaurant for first time restaurant owner Scott Schaden. Scott has a long history of new concept work and opening restaurants all over the country, but this is his first stand alone solo project. Faurot reconfigured a previous restaurant space that had been left empty and neglected for years. Highlights included new private restrooms and a back bar featuring local dead-fall pine and aspen trees as supports for the glass shelving. New finishes throughout added an earthy warm feeling to the space to match the style of Scott’s amazing food.
