Trapp associates approached us to partner with them to build a new concept restaurant with the same people that brought us local favorites, Mountain Sun, Southern Sun, among others.  The space was the first retail space to go into the new South Main station Mixed use development built on the previous Butterball Turkey plant location.  The concept is fresh unique pizzas and other Italian favorites along with changing menu items based on locally produced food available at the time.  There’s also a market stocked with the essentials, as well as ready to cook prepared meals for the residents in the apartments above and nearby.
