YOUR HOME IS PERSONAL TO YOU. OUR PROCESS HONORS AND REFLECTS THAT
We want to make residential construction an enjoyable experience for our clients, so we consider the process a partnership. We work side-by-side with homeowners to ensure everything goes as planned.

“A year ago in March we contacted Jason with a 1977 vintage home. Popcorn ceilings, riddled with asbestos, three bedrooms, 25 year old carpet and two sliding glass doors. We now have a new house. And we couldn’t be more happy with the final product. The tower of awesomeness is playing Jimi while I type. The kids are happy. The basement bedroom is a toy room currently that allows us to shut the door on the mess. We’ve told Dave, probably too many times, how pleased we have been with him and the whole crew. Honesty about delays when they happened and good news when that happened too. Believe it or not we were right where we wanted to be with money (yes we know we still have one more check to write). That is amazing. Thanks again. If you have any before pictures laying around check em out to see your handy work. I’m not even making you look at the rest of the house. ”
“Faurot was a fantastic partner for our garage and bedroom addition. They successfully navigated the challenges of foothills construction with ease along with managing the supply chain uncertainty thanks to the pandemic. The final product was high quality, and their open communication was appreciated. We look forward to working with Faurot in the future.”
“I’ve been building and renovating homes for nearly 25 years and more common than not, I’ve had run-away costs, and ambitious timeframes that were rarely met. I was about to give up on my latest project, a complete gut of a historic home near The Hill in Boulder. Four different builders had bid on it, and all of them came in at more than twice what my budget was! I wasn’t even going to bother calling Jason—who was highly recommended by a friend. But I called him anyway. The alternative was just not to do the project, but I didn’t want to give up. Now, I am eternally grateful that I did! Jason took a couple of days to look over my plans and my budget, before he called me to say he came up with a solution and it would be within my budget. How? He’s a creative thinker. At our first onsite meeting, I was taken aback at Faurot’s professionalism. My entire project had been outlined into a three-ring binder, with each stage of the project having its own tabbed divider and each stage having a timeline attached to it, something we followed, precisely, at our subsequent weekly meetings. Faurot Construction stuck to their bid, without a hitch, and they came in within their proposed timeframe—five months. I will forever sing their praises and do, whenever it comes up, recommend them with 5 stars!”
